| All of them | Half Corked | 10-08-07 | Final Score: 0-21 | Don Brothers, Bob Harrison, Bill Hobbs, Sean Minton & Richard Phillips suffer ADDA's first 0-21 loss. |
| William Perry | Bullshitters | 09-10-07 | Busting out ... then again, and again, and again |
William blew a 150+ lead in 501 by busting a 7 out on 4 consecutive throws, hitting the triple 3 with the first dart every time! You'd think he would have tried something else after the 3rd one, but no. |

| Smack McElroy | Yacht Dawgs | 01-29-07 | Leadership Snafu | Apparently not knowing the difference between Rob and Robert (and the two look nothing alike) he told each to play the wrong 301 game. This caused both games in the one-board-bar Yacht Club to be played again. The Dawgs went from winning both points to splitting them on the replay. Smack, Welcome to the Hall of Shame! |
| Frank Schultz | Los Hombres Nucleares | 01-22-07 | Hit ton with 103 left | In team 801 which saw Los Hombres battle back from over 200 down with back to back 100+ throws; Frank hits the 3rd 100 in the round when LHN only had 103 points left. This proved fatal as none of the Hombres could take it out or keep from busting on thier following throws allowing DASC to battle back and take the game. |

| Wendy Mayes | Nobody's Bitches | 02-20-06 | 113 darts | Wendy and Meg shattered the ADDA 501 darts thrown record with 113 & 105 respectively. Wendy took out a double one for the victory. |
| Meg Snyder | Mugs Away | 02-20-06 | 105 darts | |
| Mark Chappelear | Big Stick | 02-06-06 | Busted 10 Out | To take 10 out, Mark wired the double for a single 5, hit the big fat 1 that he needed, then celebrated what he thought was a victory when he hit the double 4. DOH! That's 4 left, should have been a double 2! His team had his back and stole the game despite Mark's throw. |
